It is the usual way but agreements can be made to switch the Order. It also maybe the way it is done in CAS. I have not checked the rules to find out.in the Ziegler Times article, apparently, it wasn’t going well at the end of day 1. Not sure how the CAS process works but, as the appellant, I would have thought City presented their case first?

yeah I don’t think he was either. Sky have just shown some more snippets and think he is saying it’s a disgrace we have to pay a fine when found not guilty.

Yes except it doesn't take any understanding, to read the judgement and know why we got fined, yet found innocent of the main charges.At least he has caveated it enough to allow it to be read one of two or more ways.

just watched his comments. He was very shrewd in what he said. It was along the lines of if they are not guilty then they shouldn’t have to pay anything. If they are guilty they should be banned. Either way it’s a disgrace. He was then asked if he thought City were lucky. He said no, if they were not guilty they were unlucky.

I've just watched the full interview and he's very clear that he isn't having a go at us.
He is having a go at the confusing element of the 9m fine, probably as he doesnt realise that's was for telling UEFA to fuck off.

To be fair it’s not like he built his career on buying expensive players bankrolled by a billionaire is it!
As for klopp he had less German leagues, less premier leagues and less champions leagues than pep
