CAS judgement: UEFA ban overturned, City exonerated (report out p603)

Latest Twitter rumours are that City are fine for the findings to be published, uefa however are not.. could just be usual Twitter BS.
My understanding from reading the CAS rules is that both sides have to agree not to release the findings and that one side can't unilaterally request it if the other is happy for it to be released. More likely they're arguing about what gets released rather than whether it gets released at all.

whats the betting the full details wont be released (on uefas request) and the press will run with "city hiding the facts" "sign of guilt" ect ect

So phone conversation on Monday between Khaldoon & Ceferin was more likely discussing what can be released rather than peace talks.

Limitation periods are safeguards to any individual or entity against over zealous prosecution at any cost. They call it getting off on a technicality but in effect it isnt, it is a fundamental part of prosecuting cases within time limits. If you are accused of speeding you expect a notice of intended prosecution within 2 weeks and the information must be laid within 6 months of the alleged offence. If you disagree that you were speeding and the prosecution fail to establish compliance with the above the charge goes nowhere. The fact as to whether you were speeding or not is not even considered. Certain serious offences such as murder do not have any limitation of time on them.
Pity the rules didn't say you don't need to cooperate if UEFA is acting beyond the time limit in its rules.
