If we named clubs or individuals (re. the leaks perhaps or undue pressure to investigate) would CAS not have to make them aware beforehand, even if only to cover their own backs?

Strangely enough,there were pool fans pointing out our easy paths to winning fa cups etc.

Would guess they would have to use UEFA to block on their behalf as only 3 parties have any say.I don't see how other clubs would have access, nor how they would have any influence over CAS. All they could do is write another letter.
Sounds like wishful thinking to be honest, hoping the verdict has something that will make our rivals look bad in it.
Would be good if it's true though...
