CAS judgement: UEFA ban overturned, City exonerated (report out p603)

We should not pay the fine , we apparently had good reason not to co-operate until the matter escalated to CAS , UEFA were leaking info to the press and Laterme & Cererin were clearly stating the type of punishment they were hoping to dish out , as far as UEFA are concerned they have made themselves look incompetent at every level and we shouldnt give them one euro.
Maybe in future UEFA should act independently and not at the whim of the mover and shakers of the elite european clubs , and instead reprsent all european clubs , even clubs like Bury,Wigan etc who although are not in any euro competitions , they should still be protected because the EFL have also shown they are not fit for purpose , about time UEFA stopped prioritising their profits and looked after all european football clubs and not just the chosen few.

Just spotted the headline in todays Sunday Times sports section.
BAYERN WARNING TO CITY OVER FFP RULES.
It is by Jonathan Northcroft and he writes CAS threw out the CFCB ruling on the basis of process and lack of evidence.

Northcroft won't have written the headline, but the first paragraph has a rather different note:

"Bayern Munich want Uefa to redouble its efforts to enforce Financial Fair Play (FFP) regulations but insist that there is “no agenda” on their part against Manchester City.
Oliver Kahn, the former Bayern goalkeeper who joined the club’s executive board in January and will replace Karl-Heinz Rummenigge as its chief executive next year, said that football needs to take the regulation of clubs’ spending “more seriously”. Kahn added, however, that Bayern’s objective is to create more equality between teams rather than punish those benefitting from huge owner investment like City and Paris Saint-Germain."

CAS did pretty much throw it out for those reasons, didn't it?

So why didn't Der Spiegel just give the emails to UEFA/publish them? Were they waiting on City to be more transparent? Were they just bluffing?

Possibly legal reasons, possibly so they can drip feed the rest of the 5.5 million documents over the next 1,000 years.

Bluffing over what?

Thanks.

As in bluffing over whether they even had anything more as far as evidence is concerned.
