I don't think we should take legal action against Carragher but simply make it clear that he (and McManaman) are being excluded on the grounds of falling below the professional standards we expect from the contracted broadcasters. There must be something in the PL's contracts with Sky and BT about the service level they will provide and I'm sure it diesn't include providing a platform for scousers to spew their jealous bile.
