I think You misunderstood me. I meant that by reviewing everything that UEFA reviewed and finding the opposite result rather than cutting out the evidence for the legal reasons that our legal team suggested, CAS assisted us to show that we didn’t win on a technicality.I think it is hard to conclude that we did anything other than as set out in the legal documents and audit. Getting around the documents is rightly very difficult. IMO it was always obvious that the emails would be allowed but had limited evidential weight on their own.
