CAS judgement: UEFA ban overturned, City exonerated (report out p603)

Pep has spent in excess of £700 million since he took over at City that’s how talk shite started their bit on City and FFP, so fucking what every club spends money and that is over 4 seasons. They then go on to say City started to breach FFP in 2010, wasn’t that before FFP or am I wrong?
Yet it was OK to talk about the merits or otherwise of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer with minimal reference to their spending and no reference to their debt. Not that we expect them to in their skewed view of things.

Can the law experts here answer me about one thing.

Is there no time limit which PL can wait to charge City for something or can this shit just go on and on ?

What I mean is if PL dont come forward and say that the case is closed City will be guilty in every ones eyes except City fans.

Need to bait him that if he’s so sure remove the word “alleged” go balls deep & state it as fact.

If he won’t do that he’s a shitbag who knows he’s lying!

I actually believe this is all fear of Raggy & Dipper owners who’s own Fan bases finally realised that it’s their own clubs finances that are the real story.

As PB has said we can't just ignore it and hope it goes away. Unless he's lurking here, which he probably is, then he won't know we're talking about it. But as it's a football forum and it's our club under attack for the umpteenth time, of course we're going to discuss it.

I have a great deal of respect for @Prestwich_Blue and take his point re challenging the lies and setting the record straight but the problem is there's too many people trading insults giving the likes of Harris the sort of attention he craves. He looks like a c@nt, smells like a c@nt and almost certainly is a c@nt but telling him he's a C@nt fills the attention seeking sociopath with glee.

I didn’t know about United’s action against the Sun, but it’s certainly another piece of a jigsaw that you don’t need the picture on the box to complete.
The Premier League’s investigatory process comes without the safety net (for those charged) of recourse to an independent appeals body like CAS, and any approach to the High Courts would be on very limited grounds (as I understand it). The PL’s own disciplinary process then is pretty much it, which leaves us back where we started. At the mercy of an organisation that is in thrall to our immediate rivals. Masters, the PL CEO, was given the seal of approval by United and Liverpool when he was appointed. He is “their” man and they will be leaning heavily on him to take the kind of action that ordinarily the PL wouldn’t touch. We’ve got zero chance of a fair hearing IMO and I’ll be very surprised - regardless of how monumentally shite the “evidence” is - if they don’t charge us with whatever trumped up bollocks they can dream up.
FSG and the Glazers aim (and FSG in particular) is what it always has been. The total destruction of our club. They’re absolute cnuts and City fans need to disavow themselves of the notion that Harris is a “crank” and that his accusations are “weak”, because they are merely a pretext for others to take action. I hope we have sufficient leverage of our own to dissuade the PL from embarking down that path
The PL is a very democratic set-up but also has the strange quirk of allowing clubs like Brentford have input in matters like this that have/had nothing to do with them. I agree they want the total destruction of the club but not just Liverpool and Utd, there is Arsenal too, playing Thursday football consistently because City decimated their squad, Spurs have a stadium to pay for that will be a lot easier with CL football.

We have seen from "the people are dying" arguments during the first lockdown every club will look after themselves. Morals, principles, integrity are out the window, if a decision benefits them they will be all over it. The only decision that will benefit enough of them is relegation, I can't see clubs being interested in the hassle for a decision that just benefits the other 5 ESL clubs that tried to screw them, it will be nothing or everything, hence why the PL wanted it kept quiet until it was over.

If it ia £700m that's over 5 seasons and 10 transfer windows if you include this one. It's very similar to Ushited who've won 2 trophies in the same period to our 12.

I am sure our superbly run club with have it all in hand. The Sheihk will be taking it personally.
Would be nice to go after Liverpool and United for multi millions due to defamation and loss of reputation impacting sponsorship etc but I guess the tricky bit is proving the link that people like Harris are working as their agents to rope the clubs in not just paid individuals. Would be interested to know what the bluemoon legal team feel our best options are for getting back at these people
