He's not like Dzeko. He doesn't need the service from a fast winger to score a lot.
Most of his goals at Athletico come from Turan, who is an attacking midfielder playing on the wing, like Cazorla does for Arse and Silva does for us.
Turan is not fast and isn't a real winger, he's just a good crosser and a fantastic dribbler and passer.

Its not just turan lol (hes the main catalyst) our silva but there other players in the side that have pace and provide width. its true they dont ping balls in like uniteds kick it as hard as u can in the box and hope for deflection style but they all can pick a pass and are technically good. our team is slow has no width and cant string to passes together. so again spending what ever on falco will do nothing unless we provide service and pace to him.

I do agree that we certainly need some pace.
At least one pacey player need to be signed this season, preferably a winger/attacking midfielder. A very fast striker would be nice too (depending on who leaves.

How about a bid for Sanchez? He hasn't been a regular for Barca, and he might just fancy a move to us if they are prepared to let him go. And he should be a fair bit cheaper than when he opted for Barca two summers back. He would add that bit of width, pace and trickery that we crave for, and with either Falcao or Cavani to come, hopefully, he could be the catalyst for a real assault at the honours.

Its not a bad idea but it would be a massive gamble because hes had a terrible season at barca, when hes actually played.

I hope we get Cavani, and while we're at it, we should get Javier Pastore. Those two on either side of the midfield would solve all of our problems with "width", that we have been justly criticized for this year. They played together at Palermo of course to much success. Trade Nasri for Pastore, straight up.

Since Aguero likes to play on the shoulder, with the players you've listed there, you would effectively be playing with 2 strikers.
