Certainly does!

Renewed hope. Does seem he wants to leave it a few weeks before sorting his future out though.

That article is where the full quote is

So why are SSN only reporting the Mourihno part? Is it because adding Pelegrinni in doesnt fit with their agenda for "Mourihno day" on SSn with his unveiling etc!!!!>?????????

Let them misquote all they like, we'll go about our business regardless.

Ask yourself this, why did he even mention Pellegrini, it's not even been officially announced yet?

The interview tells you he wants a move and he's been sounded out, he knows our way forward and who's coming in, both players and manager, it's now down to him, we'll see?

You optimistic then fella?

Indeed

These big player sagas strike me as being very similar. Hazard, RVP, Cavani... Big clubs all interested, selling clubs just want the best deal and i don't think the player minds which club he joins. He probably has his preference, but he'd be happy to sign for any imo. City, Chelsea, Madrid.

"I don't know if they made an offer for me, I just know that to be coached by someone like Manuel Pellegrini or Jose Mourinho would always be a pleasure. I'm not sure who is in for me but it's my dream to play for these clubs"

SSN keep reporting how he mentions Mourinho... Yeah, never mentioned Pelle right?... pricks.

Any news on any other strikers mate if Cavani becomes out of bounds?

It's hilarious how so many headline writers have opted not to mention Pellegrini in the headline, only Mourinho, when Cavani named them both side by side. Chelsea are starting to transition from oil rich Russian owned team who are fair game into established elite club who the media wank over.

I've read his quotes in full on that Napoli website, and (to the extent they indicate anything about his views) I think they were more positive for City than Chelsea. Yet as you say, headline writers push the mourinho angle. Very strange

Tuttosport says Napoli are already in talk with Dzeko's agent Irfan Redzepagic and they have decided on him being their #1 target. I assume we'll put a £40million price tag on Dzeko's head if Cavani heads to Chelsea? :)
