Cavani is far from being done.
In that case TH we should offer Carlos as part ex, then sign Higuain as his replacement.

Ibra is very talented but seems the classic "mercenary", reports he clashes with his team mates and chases the wages, (tax going up at PSG so he is leaving).OB1 said:LoveCity said:If PSG sign Cavani they will sell Ibra, there's no way they will co-exist and only one would play at a time.
Wouldn't be the end of the world to end up with Ibra instead of Dzeko but Cavani was forward I most wanted us to sign last summer and still is.

Bernabia is also correct, we have a big problem in relation to PSG and their own negotiations with Cavani.
Cavani is only our forward option ? No Lewandowski, No Falcao ?
Falcao will join Chelsea along with Jose. I'd say Lewandowski is a plan b signing after Cavani.
I believe the Bayern thing is wrapped up but nothing signed and sealed. With Gotze signing for Bayern surely Dortmund will try to move him elsewhere. It's going to be a hard task though, Bayern on for the treble and with a new coach coming in. If I was him I'd choose them and only them.Akai said:NipHolmes said:BlueDejong said:Cavani is only our forward option ? No Lewandowski, No Falcao ?

I thought Lewandowski already signed for a new club?

As you suspect it looks like BvB do not want to sell him to Bayern.
They are happy to sell him to Madrid. So Lewa to Madrid. €20.

I would prefer Cavani also.

According to Swedish media Zlatans contract are always negotiated so his salary are "without taxes" = he will always get the same amount in his pocket. The club "pay" his taxes and if the taxes changes the club pay more or less.

Including three deftly-executed goals against us...
I agree with this. If the 3 wise men can't shift him to northern England then it would simply be the case that he doesn't want to come here.jauganaut said:We just have to get Cavani. His potential contribution to the team will be worth the money and then some.
But to be honest, if Txiki, Mancini and Soriano can't bring him to Manchester city then I don't know who the hell can
