Celtic Thread - 2021/22

A lot of fingers will be pointed at Ange but after a dismal season, the owners have done the club no favours by strengthening the squad.

If there's not an influx of decent signings then might as well send the title over to Rangers now and call it quits.
They will need a miracle as well as an influx. They are miles away.

If they lose at Hearts on saturday night (think that's when the game is taking place), he'll be under huge ("massive", even) pressure.

Definitely mate,if only the chequebook was bigger they could have had Eddie Howe, and things could have been oh so different...........then again

It's a bit north for Eddie, innit? He didn't fancy it at the utopia that is Burnley. Christ knows what he'd make of Glasgow.

They're not gonna sack the manager surely. He can't be given much blame for the european defeat, and in truth wasn't expected to get through that tie by most fans given the squad he had.

Rodgers lost his first game away to Lincoln Red Imps don't forget. Adrian Durham said the following day on Talkshite that he should resign.

There probably isn’t a worse run ‘successful’ club in Europe than Celtic. Every summer their board tries to do things on the cheap and lowballs their own manager, whoever that might be, then they wonder why they are out of the CL.
You would think they would learn but no, they pull the same stunt every year
