Things bubbling along nicely. Gutted we lost Ange, but understand why the big man took the Spuds job. But, it looks as though Roy is coming back and his chats with DD centred around making improvements in Europe as the priority. A thing have been calling for years. Be good enough to do relatively well in Europe and we ragdoll all at home.

All this turmoil is really getting to people. Not our people, but the people. Every comment on Twitter or ejseshere focusing on Roy’s last departure, they’re fucked off because they haven’t stopped celebrating Ange leaving and, bam, what do you know, it’s another Treble winning guy to extend their exile in gloomyville.

I will really need to Google what’s best to take when you’re in turmoil and send whatever the answer is to my big bluenose pal. I think he’s worried. I’ll do what I can. I always do.

Saw a clip of a group of supporters of your mob singing the sickening’Nacho Novo’ song but replacing the glorious little Spaniards name with that of Wee Brens name. What a lovely welcome for the wee Irishman

I hate saying this and I reserve the right to change my mind in a month or so but I actually have a lot of time for Wee Brendan. Very surprised he’s returning when he would have been in the running for any EPL job that became available

As we discussed earlier, we both have some right bams. I can assure, apart from some the vast majority will welcome him back, not with open arms maybe, but with the knowledge that he can deliver and if he does, no one will give a rats arse.

I was feeling quite confident, until I saw this and realised the Real Rangers will have us on toast. What a day to give up the glue. ;)

Looking forward to the new season, but I am worried about this guy in the Gers Hall of Fame.

Alistair Johnstone has won as much, or more and he’s been here since December. I suppose we class Fame in a different way. Actually winning things and not having your own fans frequently telling you you aren’t good enough usually involved.
Obsessed

He’s a busted flush and I can’t see him getting a job in the premier league again

Really? I thought he was still well thought of
Well I thought he lost the plot at Leicester whilst not having much support from the owners but it’s only my opinion. Why go back to Celtic when you are premier league quality?because he’s not

I find it all very strange.

So many EPL jobs last season and Ange not even considered for one. Spurs get knocked back by quite a few and then out of the blue they go for the Celtic manager. Bad move for Spurs. Not great for Celtic as I’m sure they were hoping he’d build on his domestic success. Great for an ageing Aussie who’s now guaranteed his families financial security for generations. Good luck to him

I’m pleased they have Brendan back as they are putting on a brave face but they are not happy. They wanted something fresh and inspiring but have gone back to someone who has already left them and I’m sure he will again. Brendan is all about Brendan

Be interesting to see if they keep Anges players. Will they fit into the way BR wants to play?

Apart from the bams, no one is sad he’s coming back. Even those like me who didn’t give a shit when he left, believe he will continue where Ange left off. I would rather have Ange. but that’s life. Rogers has enough. And I read Ange was offered a couple of jobs prior to taking Spurs. Don’t know if he Rd true though.

Rogers likes attacking football. He has players who can play that way. He has money to spend to improve the squad, as Ange would have.

It’s quite amusing to me the amount of scrutinising of how he will do next season compared to Beale. Everything considered I would much rather have him, our squad, transfer kitty, but I might just be mad. Time will tell. :)

He was offered nothing FFS! Well nothing in EpL

You can keep saying how happy you are every Celtic fan I know was ranting and raving he was even mentioned for the job. Funnily enough many are backtracking now he’s got the job lol

Time will tell
