Tbh, it's really showing the value of loans. Look how much Chelsea and Liverpool recoup from academy sales after successful loan deals.

Has to be the right loan to the right club, though. Nmecha was fairly poor at every club he went to until the Anderlecht move kickstarted his career again. We finally seem to be getting better at selecting the right club for the right players at the right time eg Rogers at Lincoln, Fiorini at NAC Breda. Others have disappeared after barely being played at Girona for example

Swansea, Fulham and Blackburn play the best football of this lot so would probably be the best destination for him. Forget the long ball outfits like Boro and Cardiff

Feels like forever that I've been waiting for Tommy Doyle to break through. I don't suppose the last 18 months have helped anyone, but I really hope he makes a good fist of his loan.
