The fact City seem to be ok with Delap going on loan suggests to me that there's a lot of confidence with the Kane transfer.

Has to be the case. With Kane, we can also play Ferran, Sterling, Kdb/Grealish/Foden false 9... and Jesus if he stays, too many options for Delap to have a chance.
