CFG & Sony Pictures agree co-development deal

i think even the PL would struggle to find Sony as an associated party

This is a perfect example of why people moaning about Abu Dhabi investment in businesses that sponsor the club is so ludicrous.

Type the name of pretty much any major business in the world alongside Abu Dhabi / Mubadala etc and you’ll probably find investment of some sort.

It also goes to show how mindblowingly diverse the Abu Dhabi investment portfolio is - but they’ve only invested in City to sportswash.

Yeah, when are they going to make a movie about fans that is actually representative, featuring old fat balding blokes in tattered polos from the 90s walking down the chippy strip complaining about the price and quality of pies and pints in the stadium whilst fiddling with their mobiles trying to get their overpriced tickets to pop up and calling their 13 year-old daughter for tech support!
Directed by Ken Loach

First production is apparently a 6-parter following a fan's nail-biting, rollercoaster journey trying to buy a ticket. They plan to film a number of potential endings so as not to give the outcome away.
Not sure it'll be riveting viewing. Some poor sap hitting refresh on his laptop/smartphone, waiting to get to the front of the queue.

“The Triumph of the Blues” or how a conspiracy by some red shirted giants was defeated by a tiny, irrelevant blue shirted club.

Idea for Sony/cfg film remakes:

‘They flew to Bruges’ - CL group stage highlights from Belgium

Seriously, is Soriano paying any attention now to MCFC? Omar was supposed to take up some duties as Soriano’s work with CFG became larger. Omar has now gone, have we a COO?

Get Buzzer to reprise his role in Escape to Victory. One of the best football films made (apart from Stallone obviously!)
