Yeahh but.. hendo DID do the best trophy lift of the year.
lol you got 8 points from opposing keepers, 5 diving pens also helped as did numerous offside goals. in truth we fucking murdered you. rags= scouse= has beens.I will be honest...all of us wanted the league.
I dont think there is much between us at all now. I would go as far as to say if klopp was your manager and pep was ours then there would be a massive gulf between us and you. But klopp is on another level. After all you won the league by millimeters
whilst your domestic cup wins were admirable they were against far far inferior opposition
Never heard such delusional bullshit in my life , you really are a brainwashed bunch of ****sI will be honest...all of us wanted the league. We had already been to the CL final the year before, so it wasnt as much a priority cos we had already proved ourselves in europe. And when we missed out on the league it hurt, no doubt. And we knew we had lost it after kompany’s freak goal. So the following night ALL our collective attention turned to barca at anfield...and boy did we show up as fans and as players. So when we won the CL this season, it felt real...we legit felt like we can confidently put in an argument for actually truly being the best team in europe, after all we had beaten bayern away and a fully rested barca with messi, suarez, pique, ter stegen etc on the way and beat spurs who had put you to the sword in the quarters. Over the past two CL campaigns we had beaten you both home and away aswell. So if we had won it last year against real madrid, it would have felt fake because there was absolutely no way an argument could be made that we were the best team in europe. But number 6 feels so so amazing because around europe we are finally in a place where “best team in europe” and “liverpool” do not look out of place in the same sentence. So it feels a legitimate title and legitimately amazing. The last two seasons have allowed us to now start making this claim more seriously. Dont get me wrong, you beat us by one point, so in the strictest sense of the word, you were the best team in england, and whilst your domestic cup wins were admirable they were against far far inferior opposition, whilst our matches in europe in the knockouts were against all defending champions. I dont think there is much between us at all now. I would go as far as to say if klopp was your manager and pep was ours then there would be a massive gulf between us and you. Gone, fun for a bit, but hey ho a WUM is a WUM.Can so some remove this bus attacker, horrible WUM
Hahahahaha your bullshit is off the scale typical scouser or scouse supporter..Kompany’s freak goal ffs, whilst our matches in Europe in the knockouts were against all defending champions (as in champions of their respective leagues which you’s were not/are not) after all you won the league by millimetres, and your point being ? A season is over 38 games not one game which you lost anyhow..I will be honest...all of us wanted the league. We had already been to the CL final the year before, so it wasnt as much a priority cos we had already proved ourselves in europe. And when we missed out on the league it hurt, no doubt.
