Had exactly the same happen to us, text this morning about 9am saying payment failed , checked account , credit card details all correct but still entered them again , 3pm this afternoon get another text saying payment refused and entry will be denied on Wednesday ! Bloody joke .

I did what they recommended in the email telling me payment had failed and to check my card details and yep, my card details were bang up to date so I’ve reentered them. I tried ringing, gave up after 48 minutes. No option to email them back so might have to go to the ground Monday if not resolved

is all this a game to test how loyal we are ?
is it industrial sabotage?
total staff incompetence?
there as to be something going on here
they're testing our patience and allegiance here for sure

What I don't get is that yes they have gone to a ticketless system
But the cup schemes have been going for years where the automatically take money out and upload it
So why all of a sudden has this system failed
I've never had issues with the cup scheme before accept having to update my card details

Any idea on allocation folks? And on sale dates? I'm in Amsterdam Monday to Friday that week with my lad, if I can bag tickets will be getting the train down to Paris

Mine was showing as pending too but just checked my bank account and it now appears to have gone out. I daren’t check my online ticket account though!

In a sort of way I’m glad to hear that as I’m not the only one that’s having to piss about, if I can’t get in on Wednesday there will be two losers, me and them. Never ever thought I’d describe City as them.

I had my email to say I’d been relocated (and where to) on Monday 6th September so I doubt you’ve been relocated if you haven’t heard by now.

I had the money taken yesterday (I think for this game, it was £20 taken but that could be the Wycombe game?! but with no email receipt been sent to me yet I wouldn’t know), but the game on my Apple Wallet ticket currently says Southampton and not Leipzig.

I’ve had no email yet nor a link to upload a CL ticket to my Apple Wallet or print at home ticket.
 
Well my payment went through yesterday but I still do not have a printer at home ticket in my account if this is still the case come Tuesday there is not a Cat hell chance I am spending best part of the day on the phone AGAIN!! I will just pull the plug on all the cup schemes. Utter Shambolic
