Champions League ban?

Don’t have time to go through all the pages before the game, is there any news as of today or is it the same story from yesterday doing the rounds?

Fingers crossed the club find it’s balls in all this , the only slight worry is they aren’t dampening the latest “ban them “ narrative in the press , we appear to come across as sitting ducks.
I am assuming they will ban us, and I am looking beyond that. Nothing to stop City tapping Arab and Chinese sponsors as Premier League champions and getting out the old blueprint. This time as Premier League Champions they can't complain

CAS overturned the ban and called on UEFA to issue a more "proportionate disciplinary measure". CAS apparently took into account the improvement in AC's financial situation. Bans appear very difficult to impose because they are anti-competitive - this was also the case with life time bans for athletes taking performance enhancing drugs. And AC's violation was massive compared to City's. And CAS does not apply European law, which guarantees the right to invest, without any caveats...
