The sacking of Nagelsmann is a strange one by the Bayern board, I personally saw them as one of the shrewdest in Europe.
This seems like a knee jerk reaction to off the field issues and/or the 8-1 demolition of RB Leipzig has them seriously scared.

Tuchel is a good coach but I dont feel he has Peps number. The FA Cup Semi-Final we fielded a heavily rotated side with Sterling/F.Torres playing false 9, Kdb went off injured and Steffen was GK.

The EPL game Pep played one of the strangest formations ive seen, Sterling was playing as a #8 and Rodri was alone in midfield and made a costly error for thier equaliser, the game should've been put to bed before halftime but Aguero executed the slowest paneka penalty ever.

Unfortunately the UCL final line-up and shape was wrong. Tuchel has never dominated us like Klopps Liverpool, whereas we outclassed them twice in the league last season. Tuchel Bayern will play more defensively againts us but three weeks is too short for him to finely tune his 3 atb system, they are also have a journeyman upfront and no CDM, I see us winning both legs.

Both top scorers Musiala (hammy) and Choupo-Moting (back) probably missing could be a big problem IF Tuchel isn't able to turn around the sloppy attitude within the team and other players find the net (who were quite poor up to now).

BUT, Tuchel is a great motivator, so his impact gets a strong test in a key match. Hope they don't beat BvB and the doubts remain.

He just now talks in his welcoming presser and points out he won't and can't change the system now but implement a positive mood and strong faith between players and himself.
