Champions League Draw & TV Pairings

I hope we get Monchengladbach. I'm not entirely averse to a Barca or Juve but obviously I'd prefer an easier draw. Either way, just loving the fact that this is a yearly occasion for us now.
 
That group would be amazing! I was in Eindhoven earlier in the year, a great place. Very small but a good atmosphere and loads of places to get a beer. Cheap flights with ryanair from Stansted sorted. Olympiakos isn't ideal but would still be a good away day in Greece and Monchengladbach would be epic. 52,000 seater stadium, easy to get to with cheap flights all over Germany (cologne with ryanair).

I would be surprised if we didn't get something a whole lot harder though!
 
correct me if I'm wrong but I'm pretty sure that the practice draw for last years champions league was exactly the same or very similar to the actual draw/
 
omg im like a kid at christmas cant wait ! does anyone know what time the fixture dates get released or roughly how long after the draw ?

Draw Groups, Red/Blue Groups and Sides of the Draw:
If the Draw is arranged as previously then...
  • Champions League Groups A to D are 'red' groups and on the 'red' side of the draw.
  • Champions League Groups E to H are 'blue' groups and on the 'blue' side of the draw.
  • The 'blue' side of the draw (Groups E to H) is the other side of the draw to the 'red side' of the draw (Groups A to D). Similarly, the 'red' side of the draw is the other side of the draw to the 'blue' side of the draw.
Special Draw Rules:
  • Russian and Ukrainian teams will not be able to play each other!
TV pairing principle:
  • Once one team in a TV pairing is drawn to a red group (A to D) or blue group (E to H) then the second team in the TV pairing can only be drawn to a group on the other side of the draw. Examples [1] if Barcelona are drawn to Group C (a red group) then their pair (normally Real Madrid) can only be placed in a blue group (E-H). [2] If Barcelona are drawn to Group F (a blue group) then their pair (normally Real Madrid) can only be placed in a red group (A-D).
