He did the World Cup final and was pretty good in my opinion. He let the game with Real Madrid flow as much as possible too. I think he'll have seen the farce in the Europa League and the slightly better game last night and will want to let things go as much as possible. I'd imagine as the pinnacle of European football they're keen for it to be a high quality game without constant stoppages so he'll be under instruction to keep his whistle in his pocket as much as possible.

First 5 minutes will be key. Keep your cards away, don't give cheap free kicks and force them into playing football rather than diving around.

I’m nervous about the game when really I should be looking forward to Metallica.
