You could tell that team had been thrown a curveball , they must have been thinking "where's our leader and wtf is he doing on the pitch?"
Sapped all their belief and mine in one fell swoop. Was feeling so tense till I heard the line up. That tension just evaporated as I realised we'd just thrown the CL final

Said last nigh, like all geniuses he , Pep, is flawed, serious flaws, and often against the lesser sides.

This is no slur on Chelsea, who rightfully won last night but City have better players, better coach, but last night we failed badly, did not remotely justify our ability.

I think our squad is massively overrated if I’m being honest and it’s much closer in ability to Chelsea, Liverpool and United’s than people think.

It’s Pep’s coaching ability that makes us look so good.

We need to be aggressive in the summer transfer window though and add some quality to the attack.

Still feel gutted that we put in such a lacklustre performance. As soon as I saw the line up I expected defeat. Pep threw his usual CL curveball and unfortunately it didn't work again.
