Just rewatching that now and I can see why it could be perceived as a dive. Aguero actually hurdles the keeper and touches him with the toe of his boots. It’s obviously a penalty and Aguero did that to protect himself, but he did make a bit of a meal of it.

Aguero is already going down when the contact is made. That is why the ref perceived it as a dive.
