Only thing I can think of is he works for someone who gets them for free (i.e. the media somewhere), and wants to pass them on. Would be the neutral section though, so fuck knows.

Had to get my code from the City ticketing section, so anyone missing their email check there.

Still no email from UEFA with the code, but my ticket's in the bag so fuck it - get in there.
