I am sceptical of restricted views as that description can mean anything,

Log in to your City account and it shows on there under "ticketing account"
It happened to me earlier.

Look on your ticket history on the city website.i didn't get an email but it was there

As mentioned earlier in the thread, check your junk folder. If it’s not there go to your ticketing account on the city app and you can find your access code there too.
