They are activated at the ground. Watch the YouTube video and it tells you that. Someone needs to start a "Ticket not active until you get to the ground" thread as until you watch the video it can freak people out lolWhat’s this about “Ticket Not Active”? Not sure, but when you press the Keep button and then Keep For Myself, your name appears on the ticket.Why do they want personal info that has passport number etc.. Are we going to need our passports to get in to the ground??

Exactly. Each ticket must be owned and presumably that allows some kind of Turkish Gestapo to check against ID.Not sure, but when you press the Keep button and then Keep For Myself, your name appears on the ticket.
