Could someone please post an idiot proof guide to downloading these tickets to an android phone please - for us fOCs?

I think I already have the app on my phone - Is that the one we needed to download to purchase the tickets in the first place?

No. You need the UEFA mobile ticket app. The email has a link to the app in the Google Play store

I have fucked up and logged in when buying the tickets via Facebook and the email address linked is my Hotmail email which I haven’t used for years and can’t access? Does anyone know if I can swap or phone UEFA? Do they have a customer services line?

When you purchased your tickets did you get confirmation sent to you ?

Am I right in thinking that the tickets aren't downloaded to my phone Google Wallet, but I log on to my EUFA ticket app at the turnstile and the tickets are accessed for activation by the turnstile steward through that?

Thank you, but that video says that the tickets will stay on my phone but I can't find them on my phone. They are there on the app though when I log on, is that right?
