Yeah I know there corrupt greedy wankers, and there would be more blues at Wembley and less money, but I’m thinking about Pep and the team, and I’m guessing they would rather play in Portugal than London.

Eh. Main reason it won’t be at Wembley is due to lack of guarantees by the government.

The government gave all the guarantees they wanted besides exemptions for UEFA's hangers on.

Yep. Only way we get anything like an allocation we’d have got for Wembley is if the Portuguese government bend enough to allow a crowd that is close to 50% of capacity. I can see them bending but not as much as that.

It does smell like bullshit doesn't it? That'd make the ground at probably over 50% capacity with all UEFAs commercial bumchums included. Hard to believe, hope so but won't hold my breath.
