They are coming in or wanting to from amber and red countries , we cant let them , they are hangers on dressed up as the football family and are taking up valuable seats , we cant let them in during a pandemic full stop ,the dont want testing or isolation, fuck em

They'd quarantine for the duration of their stay, but they wouldn't have to stay quarantining in the UK for ten days. They could be in the UK for 2 days and then travel back to their amber country. Whether or not that would mean they could attend the game is another thing though.

I digress though, UEFA are scum.

That literally means they’d have to be in quarantine the whole time and not attend the game.
