It can’t be at Wembley due to the play offs, it can’t be at the millennium because it’s a Covid hospital.
If villa can allow 25,000 out of 40,000 ish then why not consider

Swamp
Celtic
West Ham
Murrayfields
I bet with 3 weeks notice twickenham could even make it work and with all of those I’m sure it could be 10,000 a piece and 20,000 for UEFA and sponsors etc.
 
Villa Park was the first ground that came to my mind.
Doubt they’ll go for it, but it makes much more sense than Istanbul.

Don’t forget UK rules on that date only allow a maximum of 10000 attendees at any stadium
 
Phone Istanbul and say we are swapping venues of this and the supercup then send us to windsor park.
