Martin Lipton reporting Portugal grounds will the limited to 10% capacity which means 5,000 will be allowed into the stadium which means only 1,000 fans from each team will be allowed to attend.

I'm a gap year student currently living in Portugal and I've seen that it's probably getting moved to Porto. I know tickets are gold dust and there's no chance I'll get my hands on one but I was wondering if anyone else would be going to stand outside the stadium?

If true they may have well not bothered wasting everybodys time and kept it in Istanbul
