Hypothetically what would people prefer. 60,000 fans in Portugal or 22,500 in Wembley?

Probably 3x more fans going, it would certainly feel more like a Champions Leafue final, but obviously more expensive.

I'm sure one of the conditions in Wembley taking the final was it needs to match the 25,000 attendance Istanbul was going to have
