Champions League Final | Travel Requirements + COVID Tests

My PCR test has just arrived from Blindspot.
Will do it Thursday and drop it off at Canal St before 2pm.
This will cover for the day
Latest email from Sports World just states that the test needs to be taken on Thursday. No time specified. Think the club put 1pm to cover any delays and their own backs.
I have just seen this email as well. I presume most tests dropped off at the bar will only have the result returned in the afternoon if they are being picked up at 10am. I presume the time stamp is from when they provide the result?
I would prefer to do the Thursday drop off so I can hopefully get a negative result Thursday afternoon and then focus on stressing about all the other forms i am likely to forget about instead. The 1pm bit has really confused things so I am not sure what to do still.

Spikes flight voucher is very clear regarding certificates

FINAL CHECK LIST

1. Negative PCR Test taken within 72 hours of departure

2. Negative test taken on any of the previous 3 days for you return to the UK. This can be an Antigen Test. More details below. We do recommend every passenger takes this test for your return journey. This can be done Friday morning at Manchester airport or in Porto.

3. Pre-Booked PCR test for 2 days after your arrival back into the UK. You need to have proof of this test when you reach Border Control.

4. Passenger Locator Forms - To be completed online after check-in once you have been allocated your seat number. More information for these forms can be found at https://www.sportoptions.com/2021-Champions-League-Final-Information (Number 6)

5. PASSPORT!

Ignore the 1pm thing, it isn't relevant.

A PCR test done in the UK anytime on Thursday will cover you for...(obviously ensure you have enough time to get the result back before the outbound flight)

Entry into Portugal.
Entry into the stadium.
Entry into the UK if returning no later than Sunday.

My last email from SportsWorld still says 1PM Thursday, maybe it’s because I’m flight 16, will email them as would be happier if I could drop off at Blindspot Thursday morning.

Wish the media would take this up more it’s an absolute fucking scandal how much money is being made....the drop off tests are basically the same as many of us have been using for working and insurance etc (free) so basically 100 notes for a ‘clinic’ approval but for all they know you’ve got your dog to gob on the dabber, same as nhs tests that count as pos or neg whether you do them right or not. Million quid in outbound tests between both sets of fans it’s incredible.

Apparently the pharmacist at Wolstenholme is going to the lab himself about 50 odd miles away to hand over samples to ensure we get results Friday!! Not charging us for this and going in his own time!
What a hero! Pep style
Gotta say they have been really helpful at Wolstenholme.
