My experience couldn’t have been more different. I raised a query last Friday having not received a confirmation email. Within 5 minutes they rang me back. Since then the girl has rang me twice and text me with an update.Re: Blindspot : despite Blindspot's inability to respond to any of my attempts to make contact I have just received the test kit from AlphaBiolabs of Warrington. The pack makes no mention of Blindspot and contains no guide as to the way forward. To quote AlphaBiolabs : "If your test is time-sensitive, you can deliver your sample in person to our premises ( in Warrington ) Seems the safest way forward ! I just wish Blindspot could be more helpful.

Hi mate, mine is tomorrow morning with dan health and I’m paranoid as fuck that test won’t come back in time for Friday morning . How did you get in contact with them to change ? I’ve tried phoning them and also emailed but no reply .Changed mine from Thursday 1.30pm to today Wednesday 16.30

I flew yesterday with Ryan Air from Stanstead, just shown them my negative result on my phone. No checks on entering Porto other than the usual check of my passport. No request to show proof of a day 2 test being booked at all... but maybe that’s for the return flightFor anyone who has already travelled, did you print off your COVID test or is an email certificate good to go?
