the only thing ive seen so far is the football festival fan park at Yenikapi, but that has no big screen and shuts at 7pm on match day. I think it's a free for all for pubs, there appears to be no big screen (officially)

I thought this thread would have a bit more traction, I'm sure there's lots of us travelling without tickets, just to be part of the atmosphere. I'm going to scan around to see if there's anywhere to watch the game in Istanbul, but would appreciate anyone with even a sniff of a plan/idea.
