was Tomoris contact enough to affect the quality of the shot? hard to say but i think it impeded him to a degree and possibly affected his shot.
Defenders have been getting away with that forever which i think is the issue.

Yes that’s a penalty but he didn’t deny him the goal scoring opportunity as he still got a shot off so it’s just a penalty and a yellow card.
