Bayern was already starting with a makeshift defense and without Neuer. In offense with Müller, Mane, Sane and Coman there still were 4 of the 6 first class offensives available (Musiala out with Corona, Gnabry out with a knock).

Müller went off after scoring the 2:0 and half-assisting the 3:0 because of a nerve in his back (no big problem but no risk taking) for 17-year-old Tel. Coman subbed halftime. Goretzka and Sane substituted early, too. Even Upamecano for 16-year-old Wanner who did not start on his usual offensive role but as leftback.

I doubt if Inter at home can really lose points against Pilsen. Away might be a different thing. Inter needs a win because Barcelona could still end on 10 points if they win against Bayern and Barcelona. Then they would both be on 10 points but the direct duel is in favour of Inter.

Actually, after you asked realised that they need a win and not just a draw. So even if Barca beat Bayern and Plzen, Inter have a better h2h having won once.

Where a draw would be enough is if Barca lose to Bayern. That happens and all Inter need would be a draw.

Yup, but even if Barca draw vs Bayern Inter would be through with a draw vs Plzen, and the last group match wouldn't matter anymore.
