Unfortunately the British commentators have succumbed to YouTube, social media and influencers. They've become fan boys for certain players. It started with Ronaldo and Messi being heralded as greatest ever and undeservedly mopping up that ballon door thing year after year. Mbappe is a cracking player, but the commentators cream their pants when he ties his show laces.
