They aren't intentionally downing tools like we saw under Moyes and Mourinho, but they have lost belief in Ole's process and their collective confidence is shot.

That and they must be the least organised team in the league, which means they have no style, no identity and ultimately no hope. They don't look fit either, in nearly every game I watch them the opposition team always look like they're working harder for longer.
