Not sure how that was allowed. I thought the new rule was about when a player can’t do anything about a handball but in this case it looked like he turned to make the ball hit his arm.

They can interpret it however they want and therefore come to whatever decision they want... depending which teams are involved

You just know we will fall foul of it.

The whole empty seats thing is mostly down to the camera angle at the Etihad and the lighting,

Look at the picture at Stamford Bridge. You can only see about 10 rows of fans and they are in the dark.

Hard to tell how full it is.
