Great that Merseyside Police say it is illegal. Be even greater if they ever did anything to stop them or catch them.

Merseyside police have just released a photo of a man they wish to question in relation to the incident at the hotel Barcelona FC are staying.

The public have been warned not to approach him as he's likely to go off.
