I feel sorry for Ajax but genuinely think Spuds is the better bet if you want Liverpool to lose.

Haha. Well done Spurs. Liverpool would have taken that Ajax defence apart.

They have luck going for them and in a Cup comp, that's what you need more than anything else.

Gives me a quiet satisfaction that Spurs will finish almost 30 points behind and shows everyone how random a Cup winner can be.

Not even in the same postcode but fair play.

Win on Sunday and the following Saturday and I’ll be feeling smug. More so that I told a lot of people at the start of the season that I thought we would win the league and that I actually fancied a random team for the CL and Tottenham was the team I cited. I will take that.. especially if Europa is won by an English team.

No one will claim Spurs are the best team in Europe but that would mean that England conquered all. But we owned England by doing something never done before and absolutely dominating domestically.

Oh and dippers win Sweet FA ;-)
