Despair not. They should have beaten them at Klanfield in the league game and only lost because Loris threw one in and they drew 2-2 at Klanfield last season as well.

Shouldn’t Spuds have had a penalty at Wembley too ? At least they know what they’re in for and will hopefully be prepared for it.

Man united was really special last year...Yes we are a superb team ,but there are no excuses that Tottenham is in the finals before we get there and kicks us out and liverpool does it 2 years in a row,been waiting for that final ever since we started playing in the champions league,but it´s not coming.

All jokes aside, what the fuck has just happened.

My head says I don't want Spurs to win it before us, especiallu after Poch spent nothing this summer, as the media would never fucking shut up about it. Plus, the stuffy ****s knocked us out with a handball and, of course, 1981.

My heart says fuck the scummy bin dipping Scouse ****s, I want them to go trophyless and therefore... glory glory tott'num 'otspur.

But ultimately I say, we win the next two games and we spend the whole summer chuckling whenever anyone tries to argue that a champions league is better than a domestic treble, and that Pep has failed.

I'm not a huge fan of Spurs, but they're infinitely preferable to Liverpool winning it. I can't believe this is even a debate.
