I don't think that's correct psg go through on head to head.
His eyes lit up on Angelino for a second there but reserved his tackle.That's because he's playing in Europe and can't go sliding in.
If he has to stay on his feet and defend properly he struggles.
He spends most of his time making recovering runs because he doesn't read the game effectively.

Anyway, the referee should have know better, even if he didn't mean anything bad. If they were all white, he would have found another way to describe the guy who needs to be sent off.
