Not to disagree with your sentiment, but in this scenario it was a coach and not a player who was the one the official was referring to.

He could have identified him in the way he'd identify a random white guy in the same situation? Pointing I believe is popular. (although if it was Luke Shaw I presume he would have said "the fat blonde ****" and we'd be in a similar situation)
