I've seen some shit tactics, but that from Lampard was probably the worst of all.

I can't understand how he got the gig, even on a caretaker basis. He was okay at Derby, but poor at Everton and poor at Chelsea first time around. I don't care that he "knows the club", he's not an elite level manager.
