I was in Porto last May and we breezed through without any drama whatsoever despite having to provide PCR tests, passports are not stamped going through the EU countries, just scanned which takes 2 seconds .. Reading the reports on here
The same when r return to Manchester. It depends on how many land at the same time due to delays. Loads of bars open all over the city. If you can't have a decent night in Lisbon, it's your own fault.
Me and the wife have enjoyed every night we've been here and not once felt the need to walk into a big, hyped up 'British pub' with shite drinks and plastic cups, nor an 'Irish Bar'. The bars are generally small and maybe not what we're used to but still a decent night is to be had.
