Let's be honest, if you need a computer program to run your draw for you, then that's probably a sign that it's too complicated. Group winners in one bowl. Group runners up in another. Draw one from each. It shouldn't be rocket science.

Why can't teams play other teams from the sam country until the quarter-finals?
