Their defence is the problem, lost games in the bundesliga this season which they shouldnt have. Due to defensive errors and bad defending.
 
great draw, especially the other ties.
two of PSG, Bayern, Pool, Real out straightaway is a big help as any of those teams could hurt us big time in a tie.
this way if we dont fuck up the basics vs Leipzig we have slightly better chances in the draw for the last 8.

Nagelsmann will want to put it right after last year big failure vs Villarreal, PSG certainly will want to go far this time in Messi's last season there and with Mbappe's decision to stay.

Pool-Real, could go either way, on current form it is Real for sure, but if form changes by February and it easily can, and Salah plays very well, over two legs anything can happen.

last thing I want is to play Liverpool in the later stages and we freeze at Anfield again and shit the bed, much prefer another Real tie this time with Haaland hopefully scoring all those chances we missed last year vs them.

but for now, beating Leipzig and drawing Benfica next round would be my priority. :)

True but they are on a 6-4-3 but with the last 6 games in Bundesliga being 4-2-0 and their last 11 in all competitions being 9-2-0.
They are on great form!
Of course we talk about late February and only after this damn World Cup intervenes with unpredictable way so form is irrelevant.

Anyway a good draw of course, no need for PSG, Inter or Milan so early.
