Agree it was most likely off but even when lino put flag up thought ref should have let the play end so it couldn’t have been reviewed.

i’m not sure what the guidance is. Generally in the PL the linesman makes the judgement as to when the attack is deemed to have ended and then puts his flag up. Is the ref bound by his instructions to blow when the flag goes up?
